Agreement and website use

These Terms govern use of https://carbonflux.ai and related inquiry, booking, and communication services provided by Carbon Flux AI LLC, operating as Carbon Flux AI where applicable. A signed service agreement governs paid work and controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Services

The Booked Estimate Engine is designed for established residential painting companies. It connects homeowner demand to response, qualification, estimate booking, appointment support, and quote follow-up. A Painting Pipeline Review assesses a company's service area, capacity, and current process. Submitting an inquiry or booking a review does not create a paid service agreement. Scope, pricing, delivery responsibilities, and timelines belong in a separate written agreement.

Bookings

An inquiry form submission alone does not reserve a call. Booking status is determined by the scheduler’s actual confirmation. Use the rescheduling or cancellation option provided with the reservation, if available.

Marketing promise and guarantee

Working marketing line: “20 qualified painting estimates booked in 30 days, or you do not pay.”

An estimate booked is different from one attended, a quote accepted, a job signed, or revenue.
